I need to do some selling. I am the sole survivor of the joint collection I had with my father and brother and it is just too many pieces. Mostly low end as it dates to when my brother and I were early teens.

edit: This was meant for 2012.

<< <i>My general goal (as of 2001) is to put together a complete date/mm set of MS buffalo nickels in 10 years which would put my deadline at the end of 2011. Because I only have 54 out of the 64 coins necessary to accomplish this goal, I doubt I'll be finished in time. But the chase will continue until I am finished.

Specific goal for 2011 is to purchase one of the following dates: 1918-S, 1921-S or 1924-S. Each would be a major purchase if I can find a suitable example. >>

Well, while I did fill a few holes and made a nice upgrade, I did not find a worthy example of an 1918-S, 1921-S or 1924-S Buffalo nickel.

Buyer and seller of vintage coin boards!
  • Below were my specific goals and how I did. Goal was met, with some modification on the grading.
Prices paid include S&H. When bought raw, total includes total cost of grading.
I have now completed New Orleans date set for barbers and morgans.
That leaves seated coinage and gold coinage to go
But the 2012 goal is for another thread.

If I make this goal, I will have 50% of my modest registry set done with Barbers and Morgans complete.
The goal for the following 5 years will be 20 coins/year (12 seated / 8 gold) which will
take me to 90% complete by 1/1/2017. Text
