I like the typical "ANACS Toning" at 12:00 from the older little holders.
It is a bit tough to tell from the pix (at least for me), but the luster seems to be all there and the strike on the reverse seems typical and not indicative of wear.
I don't see any marks that preclude MS63, but the lighting does make it a bit tough.
