Indecision: What Trade Dollar to get?

I am trying to decide on what Trade Dollar is the best to get.

A: Great Type Piece
B: Carson City
C: Proof

My question is whether there is a large enough market out there to spend the extra bucks to get a CC rather than a nice common type piece. Any advice is appreciated.

I think a nice CC Trade Dollar will almost always bring more attention when it comes time to sell than the other two.

Depends on the condition that you're talking about. I'd go CC if circulated, nicest type circulation strike if wanting to spend $10k or a PR63 if wanting to spend $2-3k

So you think when it comes to sell time a dealer would rather have a circulated CC than say an UNC 77S?

Gem BU Trade Dollars are awesome... if you have the cash I suggest you go for an MS65 type piece.
