    Have you ever reset you computer? You have had many problems with it.
    It worked fine with my laptop and iphone.

    Yes...I did. I did that cleaner that someone suggested, system restore too. It's a little better now, but by no means good. Too bad Santa didnt bring me a new one. I might just have to break down and buy a new one.
