WTB: PCGS VG10 Barber Halves

Trying to put a set together for my 14 y.o. son, have most of the key dates. I will pay by Paypal. This is turning out to be a bigger challenge that we thought.

Any out there?

I know there are at least 4 dates with no pops.

    Good luck to your search. I'm right there with ya, trying to put together a raw/graded set around vg-vf with the same circ cameo look.
    Its tougher than you'd think, especially if you're picky and or have limited funds.

    I have been putting together a raw set in a Dansco album for years. It's down to eight coins left to finish.
    Quite a chore and there are many unacceptable coins out there. My only requirement is full rims.
    Yeah they have to look good, but finding full rims is tough.

    I have the 13,14 and 15 in VG-10 raw if you are interested, yes they are graded correctly and problem free.

    I just listed a few nights ago a PCGS VG10 1893-S Barber half on my website and put a BST thread up about the coin, too. It was claimed by a forum member within five minutes of listing and he received the coin yesterday. I do not expect a return, but if it does come back to me I will let you know.

    Out of all the dates I really believe the 93-S is the toughest in any grade above VG. I have a VG-10, 2-30's a 35 and a 58 but could always use another.......(my hoard date) lol

    For some of the dates, all the 10's are in 12 slabs...may be why no pops in 10. image

    Holy Cow!
    Just viewed Ken's VG10's and I am Impressed with that 92-97 run! Those are super meaty and choice for the grade.
    We're all born MS70. I'm about a Fine 15 right now.
