1975 TOPPS PSA Set

While I was entering some updates to my set I accidently deleted my entire set, I couldn't belive I did that. I called PSA and talked to Cosetta who worked on it for hours. She was able to bring my entire set back to life. Cosetta Thanks again Ron.

Personally I did't think Cosetta would want her name HEADLINED. For the records I'm very grateful for what Cosetta did for me it would have took me days to relist the way I had my sets listed.

    Smokie,

I have been there with you in the past. Cosetta was also very helpful to me. The PSA staff is great and I have seen there names in many headlines and have never seen a reply saying something about it negatively. Congrats on getting your set reloaded.

    Smokie,

My 2 cents...Cosetta Robbins has always gone the distance for any and all members with a high degree of professionalism, timeliness and with the desired end result. Not to mention, she does all this with a happy attitude. She has helped me a bunch of times, always upbeat and as nice as can be while sovling the issue at hand.

What would I do (and have done)? I'd forget all the rah, rah here, I'd make a personal call to Joe Orlando, or BJ Searls (the Registry Manager, and Cosetta's boss), and express to them how appreciative you are for the help received from Cosetta with your goof. Better yet, an actual letter or email really hits the Grand Slam, phone calls are nice, but a piece of paper inserted into her folder goes a long way.

The board members have zero impact on her wallet, Joe and BJ do.

An E-mail has already been sent to Joe Orlando for Cosett's outstanding job she did on my set. The Rah Rah is to let new members or other members know just how far the people at PSA will go for there members. And my appreciating
