Peace Dollar Rainbow? Does this one count?

Picked this one up today. It's in a PCGS MS62 Holder. Guess it's the hits to the eagle's wing.

I know Peace Dollars don't tone like the Morgans do. Would this be a Rainbow for a Peace Dollar?

there are a few peace dollars that look like morgan toners out there. I currently own one. IMO i would not consider a rainbow.

Looks nice and about as as rainbow as an undipped peace dollar gets (although the 28s's get some nice color).

I have owned one in the past yes, as well as a banded rainbow peace. Both sold for very large premiums.

These Peace Dollars are hard to find with nice toning. This is the best one I've found so far....But then again I don't get to look at a whole lotta them like some of you.
