Question on Contacting People in the Registry

I just wanted to know if I had to be a member of the registry to contact someome in the registry. I try and use the email icon and it asks me to log on. Do I need to register or something even if I do not have a set in a registry? Thanks for the help.

    I hope you have to be a registry member.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

    No, I don't think you have to have a set to email members, but you would need to register with PSA (can do so I think without purchasing a membership).

    When I was a member with a couple sets I always looked forward to any email from people who had cards I needed.
