Quarterly special secureplus advice needed early Lincoln Cent
Ok, so I've got a gorgeous 1916 Lincoln Cent graded MS65RB in a rattler holder. I think it is a candidate for an upgrade, at least to a plus, primarily on its incredible colors and eye appeal. It's technically sound as an MS65 for sure, but there are a few ticks here and there, and I'm wondering if the secureplus grading puts more emphasis on the scanning of a coin to identify its characteristics, as well as its flaws, and not so much on the intangibles like color or eye appeal, which are more subjective grading aspects.
I'm tempted to submit this coin for the quarterly special and have only a couple days to get it in the mail if I'm going to do so, but I'm just wondering if it's worth the chance.

My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
it answers the question: "have we seen this coin before, yes or no?"
plus there is the more secure label that is a bit harder to counterfeit.
the scan is like taking a digital fingerprint of the coin. that is all and that is all the scan is used for. a regular photo is taken for future comparison purposes(to catch AT and tooling and other doctoring).
