1969 Topps variation question

I just noticed that PSA is grading the # 567 Pirates Rookies as either the "Black Outline on Title" or "No Black Outline on Title" instead of listing the 2 players last names like they use to. I am guessing that they are talking about the black outline on the "Pirates Rookies" title. Seems like everyone I see on ebay and the one I have in my collection all have the black outline around the title if that is what the variation is referring to. Can anyone verify that this black line border is what PSA is referring? Does anyone have a picture of the "No Black Outline on Title" variation?

The scarcer variation is missing the black ink around the letters in "1968 Rookie Stars". I can't scan but could mail you a color copy of it if you pm me a shipping address.
