Stamp error help

Hello.
I am a collector of coins but I also collect stamps. A friend of mine showed me a offset red cloud stamp certified as never been hinged and in great shape. Does this kind of error have any value. The head is half cut off on one stamp and shows up on the next stamp the remainder of his head.
