Another gold buffalo on ebay with ink mark error confirmed by PCGS

    I don't get it? Seller says coin was downgraded to PR67DCAM but on the BLURRY label it appears to say PR69DCAM? image

  • He posted images of the coin in the original holder it came back in from PCGS. when he called to complain about the ink they told him to send it back in and since they couldn't remove the ink they downgraded the coin to a PR67...he just failed to include a picture of the coin in the new holder.

    But PCGS told him it was. image Wonder why PCGS didn't put "ink error" on the lable? Asked him if he had any with green ink, I needed one for my collection.

    They stated that all of the ink wasn't removed from the coin at the time of manufacture.
