There are some good deals slipping through the eBay cracks!

Just picked up this beauty for under $20.

I placed an early and somewhat high bid as I wanted to win this one (almost) no matter what. (They're tough to locate full red and, unless this one's been cleaned- it is.)

I was surprised no one else bid all week.

Other neat deals going cheap too. I suppose everyone is out and not paying much attention right now...

What is that red and black all over the UTAH EXHIBIT on the obverse? Looks like ink?

Nice R-5 SC$1 for under 20 bucks... Not sure if that virgin copper is really virgin image

Actually could be looking again as it doesn't look molested... Just not a immaculate virgin image

It well may have issues but I suspect the seller's scanner was set a bit too bright.

I agree that there are some deals, a few things I was watching closed on Christmas morning...of course I wasn't watching and didn't win any. image

Most of my normal dealers don't list anything closing now (say last Wednesday to next Monday) that they care about the selling price on.

Yes, open auctions are very treacherous for sellers right now and certainly not recommended for something as esoteric as that token. --Jerry

Must be a really old optical scanner, we had one at the office (Epson Expressions) that gave fantastic results on coins. When they "upgraded" to a digital scanner all my 3D objects came out as lifeless 2D images.
