Isn't that an "illegal" slab? And how do you start the bidding at $2,325.00 and still call it a no reserve?

You can still sell them in any slab, but you need to sell as if raw.
As for the bidding and "no reserve"....while I wouldn't bid on it, it can start at any price and if there is no reserve put on it, then it is a no reserve auction.
$0.99 starting price is still a starting price and if there is no reserve, there is no reserve.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

As for receiving a coin with no surprises, that is true. What you see is a screw and what

Time is far to valuable to "just kill", really, it's all a person has. Time, in reality, is the only "coin" of a person's life.
Spend it, invest it, get something in return for it, even if in idle relaxation. Please don't "just kill" your precious time, and certainly don't wish it away

Starting at 99c, by your definition, is not a "no reserve" auction either. It's all in the wording. It's a high starting bid, but with no other number set as a reserve, so it is no-reserve.
With a no-name slab, I would agree that a numeric grade shouldn't be quoted...it is supposed to be like a raw coin. A word "grade", like "good" or "fine" or "very fine" is acceptable.
