Focal Areas of a Wisconsin Extra Leaf Quarter

I have looked at a few raw unc. and PCGS certified WI Extra Leaf quarters and want to ask Forum members what are the focal areas on the reverse and obverse of these 2004 D Statehood quarters that PCGS graders concentrate on when grading these particular coins? How are hairlines normally formed on unc. statehood quarters? Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas !!
