should i submit this 80s dollar for secure plus or regular grading ?

Regular,it's cheaper.Also, if they don't like the color they won't holder it in a secure plus.I personally would use the economy unless you are trying for a +.

Do you have a sense for the likely grade? It's hard to tell from those pictures.

I like the subtle album toning. And it will add some value to the coin. But it is a common date Morgan so you might consider whether it's worth the cost of slabbing (say $50?). Raw is so much more fun.
