What irritates me the most about it is that he does not have the word "Reprint" or "Copy" in the title.

You are correct and I did see that it was in the description. HOWEVER, in most all of these cases it is not put in the title in HOPE that the reader jumps on the BIN without reading thru the description. Sure it would be silly for a buyer not to read the description, but it does happen.
