It's been a little tough reading the forum lately. There has been plenty of negative stuff to read. Enough said.

I'd like to take a moment to thank forum members that have shared of their time, knowledge and humor this past year. I've only been a member for just over a year but have felt welcome and formed some friendships here that I value. I'd also like to thank the forum members that I've had the opportunity to work with on the BST, both buying and selling. You've been great to deal with.

I have been around since 01 and have seen my share of negativity, even dished some out and received some as well. There are some truly great people on these boards and a wealth of knowledge to be found.
