1794 Russian copper help

I have a friend that wants to sell this coin and I'm having trouble coming up with a price for him. If this is the coin in the charts I found it says rare but I can't get a current value. Also I have no experience grading these but it appears to be pretty close to unc ( I can't tell if the flat spots on the high ground is weak strike or wear..

any help is appreciated as to grade and value

thanks
Ken

1794 five kopeks, Ekaterinburg mint. $15 in VF, $20 in EF in my 2002 Krause (3rd edition). Fairly common I think.
Numismatic author & owner of the Uncommon Cents collections. 2011 Fred Bowman award winner, 2020 J. Douglas Ferguson award winner, & 2022 Paul Fiocca award winner.
