Can anyone tell me of a tpg that will still certify a 20th anniversay set?

Would imagine both as long as its still an unopened mint sealed box.
edit to add, the RP may not need be sealed, but I don't know for sure.
Need something designed and 3D printed?

and if the mint packaging is opened, only the Reverse Proof would qualify, but will always qualify.

I still have one sealed set....and yes, an unsealed RP can have a 20th label 'cuz it's the only way it came.
