Do any of these Franklin Mint proof sets have value above silver?

These sets and boxes are in great shape.

1980 Bank Negra Malaysia
1979 Cayman Islands
1965 Monnaie De Paris
1978 bahama 2 coin prince charles set
1978,1975,1972 bahama proof sets
1972 and 1978 Jamaica proof set
1980 british Virigin islands
1980 Panama proof set
1972 2 coin Panama proof set
1985 proof 20 balboa
1972 proof 20 balboa
1965 Greek Proof set

any help would be appreciated, local dealer just said cut out the silver and he would pay 80% of melt due to most of it being sterling.
I don't do foriegn so before I destroy any collectible sets I thought I would ask

The 1965 French set is from the French official Paris Mint, not the private Franklin Mint.

When I was a kid I bought two of them by mail direct from the Mint.

It is worth quite a bit more than "melt" value.

I believe the Malaysia set goes for about 110 or so on ebay.
    Cayman about 75-80
    Bahamas charlie 50 or so
3 Bahamas sets at silver which would put it at about 210, up to 230
Jamaica sets, if the 72 has silver at about 75-90
    BVI 45-50
    80 panama 100 or so
dont know of a 1972 2 coin set
    1985 20B 135-160
    72 20B 100
    greece 65

This would be the bay prices roughly. PM if more details needed.
