    I think NGC grading is as good as anyone elses for what it's worth.

    if it is a fake from CHINA, they broke into PCGS databaseimage maybe like a restrike?

    The seller is a pretty good world coin seller. I don't think he would put in a fake coin from China on ebay.

    If it is restrike, PCGS would say so like this:

    396135 (1906) Fen Y-1a Restrike, RB
