How many of you are CONSTANTLY upgrading your coins... at the same grade?

My children completed their birth year mint sets and are constantly looking to upgrade their coins... preferably to a higher grade. However, of the 42 coins, 14 have minor issues that could be improved; small scratches, etc. Of the 14, there are blemishes on 8 coins that look like water marks from a rinse. These are MS68 coins, so I assume they're market acceptable/mint produced blemishes? Of the 6 remaining coins, 5 have minor scratches and the remaining coin is an MS68 Millennium SAC with a reverse cud at 9 o'clock on the Obverse. Is this common among the forum, or is this OCD even to forum standards?

When I decide what new series I am going to put a set together of I buy
the grade I can afford and start on it. Then as I get futher into it I go back
and see if the coins I have been gettings have the same look. I guess I
would say I'm not up grading just heck I don't know what to call it it's the
way I collect. Dumb I guess.
