Depends on the card. I believe PSA policy is however the slabber (meaning the guy working the machine) feels best (which is why some get slabbed in both).
eTopps barely does not get in the old cases anymore because of the raised label....that is likely the closest measurement one could provide, but slabber opinion is I think the "rule."
