they are trying to increase the use of $1 coins to decrease the use of $1 bills.

As soon as the law allows for the junk held in banks to be melted , the sooner these new coins will take a stronghold in commerce. Let's not hold the banks responsible for the care of the collector.

The mint makes all the coins in "bulk" and should sell them all on their site. Bags and
rolls would be appreciated by many searchers.

Probably not going to happen since they make the 2 roll sets and the proof and silver proof sets for the collectors already. Basically if you want rolls of them you have to pay the mints premiums on the 2 roll sets.
