    I doubt it. That is deviating from the norm and many places are either unwilling or unable to do that.

    You can drop off the coins at a show and save the postage to the TPG, done that with both NGC and PCGS. Never tried for the upgrade to show grading.

    I believe the answer is "no", but for things like this, you really should be calling and asking Customer Service. Have you tried doing that yet?

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
