PSA Customer Support Question... Help

Hello all, I recently mailed 3 orders to PSA and usually receive an email from the PSA Customer Support telling me that they received the order(s). However this time all three orders were received/entered on wednesday the 15th into their system but I have yet to get an email from them. It has been two days. Should I be worried or is this a normal occurrence. All fees are correct as well. Please advise. Thanks
