Isn't this the same guy who would put items up on his website that weren't even his, or would win an auction and have the item for sale before he even paid?

I'm not sure about the above.

I got the catalog a few days ago and I really like the easy on the eyes layout. The auction is about 1/2 cards and 1/2 memorabilia/autographs.

The card section is how a auction catalog should look. A picture of the card, a title of the item you're bidding on, and the min. bid amount. No hype. No bull. Just straight forward.
