Help On Centering of This Card - Worth Reviewing?

I was hoping to have someone tell me what the centering of this card was. I have the j ruler thing but cannot figure out how to use it correctly. I wanted to see if centering was good enough to send in for review. Thanks in advance.

I have it, at it's worst points:

    L/R = 63/37

    T/B = 55/45

    I got roughly 60-40 L-R and 55-45 T-B.

Well with those measurements and the rest of the card, does this board think the card is worthy of a review? Thanks for the opinions.

    Keep it...Looks better in a 7 than a PSA 9 o/c.

Probably won't bump but the upside probably justifies the longshot. Nice card either way.

If the corners are sharper than a typical 7, like NM+ to a low end NM-MT, it might bump to a 7.5 grade. Not a bad card at all.

I know it would look awesome in a higher holder, but it looks great in the 7 holder. I don't know that I would take a chance getting an O/C. JMHO.

You will not get any qualifiers on that card. It is fairly well centered. I don't know what folks are talking about. If the corners are stronger than the average 7, I can see that card in a 7.5

    "NICE CARD"
