How do you report to ebay?

Someone stealing images of coins on my website for example? Who do you call or write to?

If you go into the auction itself and look below the seller info and other info boxes there is a blue link that says report. It's right beside the print link.

Every auction contains a "REPORT THIS ITEM" link.

Actually they listed it twice. Once using our url and another they saved to their computer. allcoinsforless

What you need to do is,

1) report to E-Bay
2) have scum-nuker place a bid (that way the a-hole can't edit the auction)
3) remove the pic from your website
4) replace pic with gay porn pic
5) sit back an laugh!!

So now that this has been reported mutiple times to ebay and the stolen images are still up, should someone buy this coin from this thief and obviously get ripped off, would they then have cause to sue ebay and would any legal people weigh in on the viability of such an action?

And what about us? It absolutely amazes me that these skunks do this while the former ceo of course could blow 100 Million bucks on a failed political campaign.

Unfortunately some sellers don't even know that it is wrong and unethical. When I file my report with ebay for picture theft I inform ebay that the photo is copyrighted and it seems to speed up removal of the listing. Calling ebay also helps expedite the removal, especially if you tell them there is a copyright violation and that you will be turning it over to your attorney if not immediately corrected.

I only have one phone number and I was unable to get a human on the phone. What number do you have?

Thanks! They've removed the serial number but it's the same image.

Anyone know a good lawyer in washington state? ( on the other item on my list )

ebay will still remove the pic even with the serial number hidden as long as it is obviously the same pic. I would save my legal fees for something quite a bit more serious.

You could probably buy some high tech photo encryption software for much less.
