Favre streak over. Opinions on card prices.

Now that Favre's streak has ended. What is opinion on value of his 91 and 92 cards going to be? Thanks.

  • The streak ending will have no effect on prices, imo.

Sell those POS cards asap. By tomorrow the market will be flooded with everyone selling them since the streak is over. Throw them up on eBay under cheap BINs or else.

And please list your eBay ID so I can um track how badly these cards are gonna bomb.
  • Do you really believe the streak has anything to do with his card values??????? There will be no significant change, no fire sales, nothing. His card values will be where they are at now......with slight increases(HOF induction) and decreases(retirement)....

like most cards from the early 90s most of his will be worthless. The only cards of his that i think will keep or increase in value are his 91 stadium club and 92 high series stadium.
Scans of most of my Misc rookies can be found <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://forums.collectors.com/m...y&keyword1=Non%20major">here

The 91 Stadium Club will only be worth about $10.00 soon...if you want to sell the PSA 9 you listed on the BST, I'll give you double that right now! imageimage
  • So that means his 92 Stadium Club is worth about $15. I'll take PSA 9's off your hands for double that.
  • brett favre should take a picture of his junk with his phone and send it to some skank. then his cards will really take off

I'd sell...in my opinion because of that he'll never get in the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Considering Favre's rookies and remainder of his cards were produced in 90s and 2000s, I don't think anyone ever thought of Favre's cards as investment quality. I would think most of Favre's collectors are true collectors (not as concerned with value, etc.). I recently bought his 1992 Topps cards (first Topps card, Packers uniform) for $1.50. His most expensive card (in high grade) will likely turn out to be his 2007 Topps card.
