Need help with PSA Quick Opinion Problem

Is there a way to contact them?
I sent in a PSA Quick Opinion request and got this response today:
Title: Quick Opinion Request was "Likely Genuine"

Comments: m$%^e likely not genuine. unable to render others. no scans provided

But the other player was the 1st scan!?!? And then the Title and description DO NOT MATCH ... likely genuine or NOT?!??
Item ends today, so I'm confused!
I emailed them, but doubt I'll hear back in time and when I called at 1PM PST there offices are closed already even though the posted hours are:
Customer Service lines are open
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
