How often do you think this happens on Ebay??

Guy sells a card for $18.27...the winner of the card starts an auction within hours of winning it starting the card at $19.99 using the same picture the original seller used. It may happen all the time, I have just never seen it on a card I was watching!

<< <i>what a great way to make a dollar ninety-four, less fees, taxes, surcharges and replacement costs! >>
I just checked and the card is over $26.00 and still has a few days left, so he is going to make a few more dollars I guess.

the reality is, any seller on eBay can make a buck or two by simply knowing who their clients are, it's not that tough......i'm certain many of us can recall times being both on the buying or selling side that an item gained more attention and a better final price because more potential buyers were looking at the auction.....i've given up trying to figure out how big sellers can grab a filthy low deal and flip it because i don't mind when it happens to me.....i don't necessarily agree with the process of re-offering an item before it even lands on my doorstep, but i do agree that turning a lotta these little deals can make some good extra cash.
<< <i>Was it listed correctly the 1st time? Proper spelling in the title etc.? If not, I could see why he is getting a bump in price. >>
It was listed correctly the first time...Actually, now that I have looked a little deeper into the original sale...I don't think the person who listed the new auction actually won the card!!!
