I don't know much about these but it say Leovigild, Visigoth which would make it Spanish and not Indian.

I've manages to find out a bit more info on this coin.

reading the blue writing on the envelope it says:

Visigoths, Anastasius

I'm presuming its the Tremesis (1.5 grams) as it looks that size, if so it would be like this coin:

The Visigoths copied Byzantine coinage. Your looks even cruder then the one linked to above. I'm not saying its not be genuine as the genuine ones were a kind of counterfiet themselves but the fields on your one (especially to the right of the bust) look bubbly, or cast.
