The Visigoths copied Byzantine coinage. Your looks even cruder then the one linked to above. I'm not saying its not be genuine as the genuine ones were a kind of counterfiet themselves but the fields on your one (especially to the right of the bust) look bubbly, or cast.

I'm presuming its the Tremesis (1.5 grams) as it looks that size, if so it would be like this coin:
