Cook Islands $50 --- now that's a big chunk of silver!

We're working on a book that needs sidebar illustrations of NCLT, so I dug into my safe-deposit box last night to find some examples. I found a Cook Islands $50 Proof, of the 1974 Winston Churchill "Man of the Century" variety, that I forgot I had. I can't remember how much I paid for it, but the silver value alone is close to $100 these days!

It's fun to sweep out the corners of the ol' collection every now and then.

Cook Islands $100 and $150 coins: 100 oz. and 160+ oz., respectively. Yes, large and heavy!
