    He will probably squawk to the union, and try to get this before a judge...but I have no doubt a judge would rule in the team's favor. The union might even tell him that he is dead wrong.

    Big money coaches does not mean success either. I'm not defending Albert H....I just think the coach is stirring the pot to much. He's publicly made McNabb look bad; although Donovan is doing that himself also. Are we to think the coach is going to be successful with that owner?
