At over 1500 postings strong, and with leading group opinion in both the primary selection process, and the final polling, I am happy to present to Mike "thenavarro", the first ever CU Thread of the Year Award, now known as the Navarro Thread of the Year Award.

Looking forward to a great 2011 for all of our collections!!
Mike
Thanks for putting the poll together
I congratulate Mike N for winning this year --- his thread is downright amazing ~ the sheer number of autos are incredible and just when you think it begins to slow down he throws a story about Sully or Pres Bush or C3PO etc... if there is a card out there and you are famous or infamous he will add it to his collection --- cant wait to see what the coming years bring.
Its been a blast posting to the Carter thread and I am glad that others out there have found it enjoyable
Thanks again for including me in the mix.

Thanks go out to EVERYONE who posts on a frequent basis. As I have said in other threads, our family and non-collecting friends think we are OUT OF OUR MINDS doing what we do... spending countless hours and sometimes crazy money playing with other grown men with cardboard that have pictures of guys on them!
Although most of us have not met one another in person, it's GREAT to have FRIENDS to share our hobby with.
Doug
Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
...and I guess those PayPal gift bribes to the judges to give me the award, didn't work.
Congrats Mike.
