  • ouch! I was a little luckier than you; I submitted a 1904 France 25 Cents ex ICCS MS65 and got it graded PCGS MS63!

    I'm not defending ICCS, but awhile ago I bought a PCGS ms64 1934 Canadian dime and ICCS graded it AU58. (not a typo).

    I think the line between AU-58 and MS-63 or 64 is sometimes very thin. I think sometimes an otherwise 63 or 64 coin with some minute cabinet friction sometimes drops all the way to 58.
