Any1 know why it wont let me get into an online game ?

I have tried to go play a yahoo pool game, I tried getting into one like 10 times
it never opened
a little tiny box came up on that window- game window, and a little white box with a green circle, red square, and blue triangle in it
whats that mean ?

also I tried a golf game on pogo and it wont let me

please help

it has something to do with that
I just got a message saying-

do what it says..........get a newer version or re-install your browser (i.e. IE, Netscape)

LMK what browser you use, and i can get you the site for the download.

I clicked on Help, at the bottom of that, it says about internet explorer

I tried pogo also and it said the same thing about the java thing.
I clicked on tools-internet properties-advanced... and it shows some stuff about java... put a check or dont put a check is what that is
is it something to do with that ?
