My first impression is that it's good. The first letter I look at is the C, but the Y and the N can also be the achilles heels of forgers, and those look good to me as well. The C should be perfectly round, like a semi-circle, the N should not be too big, but in this case, the signature is spread out so far (it's large) that it doesn't matter, and the Y should not be too small, which it isn't. Pretty much all 12 individual letters appear as they should in my opinion. Looks like a nice late '70s/early '80s signature to me. The only part that concerns me is that he lifted the pen between the E and the Y, but he may have been leaning up against a wall or someone's back when signing it, so maybe he stopped to get a better angle for writing. Do you know anything about its origin, and did you pay for a QO?
edit.. looking more closely, he may not have lifted the pen. looks like he (or somebody) moved the paper slightly when he was in the process of signing it. With a guy who has been dead for 15 years, there's really no way to be sure, but this one looks much more likely than not to be real.
I'm more concerned about getting a really good reprint of an authentic autograph that looks like real ink or an autopen signature than I am of getting a totally forged piece of crap. Crooks aren't stupid.
