2011 PSA Service Fee and Submission Update

Dear PSA Customer,

As a valued PSA customer, we would like to thank you for your continued support as PSA enters its 20th year as the leading grading and authentication service in the industry. We are very excited about 2011 and look forward to unveiling some exciting new services as the year progresses.

Starting January 1, 2011, new pricing for PSA submissions will go into effect. This year, while there was only one change to the submission fee schedule, please make note of it.

Due to state of the economy, we have decided to preserve the vast majority of the prices from last year. In fact, the only change was a reduction in the Bulk Service category. We have decided to lower the Bulk Service for 100 or more cards (valued under $100 each) from $7 per card to $6 per card.

In addition, to be eligible for additional savings, we do encourage hobbyists to join the PSA Collectors Club. Each month, PSA provides authentication and grading specials that can help keep more money in your pocket during these tough times. In some cases, the savings can be substantial but you have to be a member to take advantage of the discounted pricing.

Finally, please note that the shipping and handling fees will increase as of January 1, 2011. The new fees will be posted on our website later this month and you will also find them on our new submission forms. Please make sure to refer to these new rates when sending in your items to avoid any delays.

If you should have any questions about the new submission pricing, please contact Customer Service at (800) 325-1121 or visit www.psacard.com.

Sincerely,

Joe Orlando, President
Professional Sports Authenticator
