Paypal site - anyone else having problems loading?

I'm getting SECURITY CONNECTION FAILED and an invalid security certificate pop up, it doesn't want to load all the way (I've tried a dozen times) and it also says "may be someone trying to impersonate the server" with a suggestion to come back later. Anyone else get this???

    it wasn't working with Firefox or IE, when I went back later in the day it was fine....
