Also the guy from US Secure coins called me about buying a roll of
2010 Silver Eagles.....760 bucks for 20 coins or 38 bucks each.......any deal here or should avoid?

    Tell your friend that he is about to lose a couple hundred dollars on the deal and that he should start educating himself about precious metals before he starts flinging money around. Have him look on Apmex's site or CNI for pricing on a roll of Silver Eagles before he talks to the guy from "US Secure Coins" again, (whoever they are).

    Tell your friend that he owes you a night on the town THIS TIME, and next time that you rescue his hide, the fee goes up.image

    I think that I'd tell him that he might want to use Ebay for a price comparison.
    Kind of easy to do and pretty much spot on. Of course Apmex does sell a ton
    of precious metals and it's FREE to sign up for an account.

    The thing is, you tell some folks that this is not a good deal and they look at you like YOU are crazy. My experience is that first the purchase is made in haste, then the buyer spends the rest of his life trying to justify the purchase. ( Oh, look! The Franklin Mint is selling this for only $$$$$$$$$$.)image
