What's your opinion on NGC detail vs PCGS gennie

I've just acquired several coins in the 200 -500 range that have from minor to over dipped problems that would keep them out of a PCGS graded slab. Now that it's Midnight and I'm a little brain dead I'd like to ask other's opinion on which slab would have the better resale value. The coins are from AU to BU. I haven't been following the problem coin market recently.
