Sorry I'm a little late to the party, but PCGS definitely is still attributing 1914/3's. In February, 2011, a friend of mine had one come back 1914/3, MS64+! However, as always, PCGS does attribute only a couple of the dies, not all the dies, that produce 1914/3's.

That is correct. As did NGC.
