There has been talk of backing the Dollar with rubber bands

Such a move would give greater elasticity to the value of the dollar

and should put a little bounce to the economy.

    Wouldn't that devalue the hapless rubber band industry though Bear???

    How about pastries? They will stick to your wallet and are infinitely more expendable.

    Can fold those dollars into Tacos and shoot them with those valuable rubber bands.
  • Once the dollar has lost all its value, you can fold them up tight and fire them off with the rubber bands. Bet they make a great missile.
