Looking for assistance for HOF Postcard w/autograph

During a recent holiday visit with my parents, my father showed me a HOF Postcard of "Goose" Goslin that is autographed on the back.
This post card was given to my mother from Goose in the late 1960's while he was hospitalized in Salem NJ.

Looking for recommendations and or suggestions as to:

Authentication options
Auction Options (if indeed authentic and has value)
Storage suggestions

Appreciate any feedback you can provide.

I can't help you with the above, but noticing your username...are you a tetra fan? I used to have a 200 gallon tank with nothing but tetras.

    and, welcome to the boards!
  • I work for the Tetra company (A division of the United Pet Group).
    Thanks for the welcome!

    Jack,

Based on recent eBay auctions it looks like this is a $150.00 item IF slabbed authentic. If this were the only auto you sent into PSA/DNA for authentication, it could run you about $40.00 including shipping/insurance both ways.

    Welcome to the boards.
    STAY HEALTHY!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

The 2009 SCD lists your card at $750-$1000 and says he usually signed them on the back. (only 3 HOFers in list out of est 150+ have this note of often signing on the back)
If it was signed on the front it would be 2X that.

The reason it is so valuable is because he had a short window of time to sign the Yellow style PCs (1968-1971)

Id get is authenticated if you plan to sell it.
