Anybody else drop some Ducats at Legendary?

Morning,
Bid on about 10 different Non Sport stuff. The only item I won was of course the last one I thought I would win. Expected it to go for $1500-$2000.

With the Vig $1327. I have the #1 Registry set already and this is one of the last lots from the guy who discovered a Full vending box about 5 years ago. I now will have the #1 & #2. With this, the #1-#4 sets will all have predominitaly come from the One Vending Box! I sold most of the #3 & #4 Set cards to the holders after purchasing form the Guy with the Vending Box. Very Very Poorly manufactured cards and unless another Vending Box surfaces I am at least assured that the Pop won't be exploding any time soon. I don't think there have been more than a handfull Hi grades turn up in the last at least 4 years.

I won 3 high grade, low pop Mars Attacks....I thought they sold cheap.....I feel sorry for the person who consigned the "Horrors of War" set.....he lost his SHIRT!!!!!

Yeah I saw the "Horrors Of War" cards and thought they were going very cheap. I really wanted the 1968 Bazooka Boxes but went too high, $5000 or more

I was going to bid but they never answered back when I was having login problems so just decided to not bid on anything.....there were 3 or 4 items I would have bid on but since I couldn't bid I saved my $$$$.......

The centering looks great Neil, that's why I really wanted it. I am hoping that most of the whiteness in the scan is due to the sharpness being too high on the scan. I have gotten outbid on that card on ebay a few times and am glad I got this one.

I too was looking at the Bazooka boxes. That is one issue that Legendary seems to have available in each auction in comparison to the other auction houses.

Nice job. I tried to sign up with them, and I never received the e-mail with my username and password. I called them three times, and they never got it to me.

I missed a couple of 1935 Chicles that went pretty cheap!

Very cool card, I think many of the non sport sets will out perform in a big way.

Collecting cards is a hobby but there is no sense in throwing your money away either.
