The only time I subbed anything from a factory set was the '89 UD Grif. Both got 8s.

PSA should grade the cellos themselves, IMO.

I've done pretty well in the past. I busted a 1986, 1987, and 5 1988 Donruss factory sets, as well as a few of the "Rookies" and "Highlights" sets.

PSA never punished the cello-corners that these cards usually come out of the pack with. The biggest problems I encountered with the 80s Donruss factory stuff was surface wrinkles and centering.

I have had many 10's from 92 Topps and OPC factory sets.
