Does anyone think this Russian piece is genuine?

I was sent these photos by email (I don't have the piece in-hand) and since I'm out of the country, also can't look up any references. While I know coins of this era/area can come very crude, this looks a bit beyond that level and I doubt it's authentic. Does anyone want to back me up (or point out the error of my ways)?

Although I am not an expert, I would say that it does not look like the others I have seen. I do not have the small date variety picture to compare to, but yours has more of a stick-like look to it. Could it be a contemporary replica? I am sure some that have more knowledge will chime in soon. -Dan

I will add that this example has a cruder look to it, which would suggest that it is not genuine.

It is a modern fake, probably made in China and sold through Russia and or Israel.

Notice that the devices in it have a stick figure quality to them.

That's what I was thinking (and referring to by saying crude)... stick-like is a much better way to describe it.
